Red Pepper Sauce

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp harissa paste or more to taste
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • A few inchs of ground cumin
  • Sprikling of chopped flate-leaf parsley and cilantro

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan over hight heat.  Cook 2 to 3 minutes, mix well, and pour into a small serving bowl.

Serve with coucous with 7 vegetables
