Sour Cream Pie Crust

1 lb. corn oil stick margarine (I use Fleischman's), frozen
4 c. all purpose flour
1/2 t salt
1 T sugar (optional)
7/8 cup sour cream
1 t vanilla (optional)

Note: If using food processor, make half of recipe at a time.

1. Cut margarine into eighths, and place in food processor.

2. Add flour, salt and sugar. and processor till mealy.

3. Add vanilla to sour cream, and add to processor. Process only till mixture starts to ball.

4. Refrigerate at least one hour before using. Can be frozen (and refrozen!).

When rolling, use floured pastry cloth and stockinette on rolling pin.
