Cucumber and Dill Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 small onion (optional)
- sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- about 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp white mustard seeds
- 1 T chopped fresh dill
- 1 tsp dried dill weed
- 2 T wine vinegar
Instructions:
- Peel and thinly slice the cucumber and the onion. Put the slices into a shallow dish and sprinkle with a little salt, pepper and sugar. Mixin the mustard seeds, dill and vinegar, cover and leave until you need it.
- The salad will make quite a lot of juice. Optionally, drain it off before serving. Its nice mopped up with bread.
