Charmoula (Moroccan)

Recipe goes with "Eggplant smothered with Charmoula"
Ingredients:
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- Pinch of cayenne (optional)
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1 T finely chopped parsley
- 1 T finely chopped cilantro
- 3 T fresh lemon juice
- 2 T extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Directions:
Whisk together ingredients. Set aside to "mellow" before using in eggplant recipe.
