Pita bread crackers

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F
  2. Peel the two surfaces of the pita aprt, then spray or brush them lightly on all sides with olive oil.
  3. Toast until crisp and golden brown, about 5 minutes (watch closely).
  4. Take them out immediately.
  5. When they are cool enough to handle, break them into bite-sized pieces.
