Red Pepper Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tsp harissa paste or more to taste
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 to 2 Tbsp olive oil
- A few inchs of ground cumin
- Sprikling of chopped flate-leaf parsley and cilantro
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan over hight heat. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, mix well, and pour into a small serving bowl.
Serve with coucous with 7 vegetables
