Quinoa
Ingredients:
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions:
- Rinse and drain quinoa
- Toast quinoa in a heavy skillet - until it skittles across the surface
- Add to saucepan with water and salt
- Bring to boil
- Simmer for 5 minutes, covered
- Turn heat off and let quinoa finish absorbing water
