Humita-Corn Casserole

1 can corn, drained
2 cans creamed corn
1 8-oz. box of corn muffin mix
¼ C sugar
4 eggs or egg beaters
½ C marg/butter, melted
½ tsp salt (optional)
½ tsp chili powder
1 C grated cheddar cheese

Optional toppings: green chilis, chopped and drained; extra cheese and paprika

Combine all the ingredients. Spray 9x13 pan with PAM and pour in the mixture. Could top with chilis, extra cheese, paprika. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.

I make it with the egg beaters and it is still delicious.
