Vegetarian Lasagna
1 lb. lasagna noodles
1 lb ricotta cheese
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/4 c fresh parsley
1/2 lb fresh or grated mozarella cheese
1/4 c. olive oil
3 - 6 cloves garlic
2 24 oz cans tomatoes
other vegies if desired

Oil pan
Saute garlic in oil
Mix ricotta, eggs, parsley
Alternate layers of noodles, cheese, and tomato sauce
sprinkle top with mozarella
?? parmesan
bake at 350 for about an hour
