Ingredients for stuffing:
- grape leaves
- parsley: 2x ramegin, not full
- mint: 2x ramekin
- green pepper: 1/2 ramekin
- onion, diced: 2x ramekin
- garlic, diced: 2x ramekin
- tomatoes, diced: 2x ramekin
- rice: 1 1/2 c. (uncooked)
Ingredients for sauce:
- 1 c. diced tomato
- 1 c. stewed tomatoe
- 1 c. garbonzo beans
- olive oil
- cumin
- pepper
- salt nutmeg
- sliced potatoes
