Stuffed Grape Leaves

Ingredients for stuffing:

  • grape leaves
  • parsley: 2x ramegin, not full
  • mint: 2x ramekin
  • green pepper: 1/2 ramekin
  • onion, diced: 2x ramekin
  • garlic, diced: 2x ramekin
  • tomatoes, diced: 2x ramekin
  • rice: 1 1/2 c. (uncooked)

Ingredients for sauce:

  • 1 c. diced tomato
  • 1 c. stewed tomatoe
  • 1 c. garbonzo beans
  • olive oil
  • cumin
  • pepper
  • salt nutmeg
  • sliced potatoes
